Thank you for supporting Bohot Cattle Company Designs! Each item is handcrafted and made to order, and we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized products just for you.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-made. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
- Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location and order size
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because our items are custom-made, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, as changes may not be possible once production has started.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bohot Cattle Company Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
